Job Responsibilities
Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance
- Accurately maintain financial records by entering and updating transactions
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and other documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Journal Entries
- Prepare and post journal entries, including adjustments for accruals, prepayments, and deferrals.
- Verify entries for accuracy, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures by compiling journal entries and adjusting entries as needed.
Client Billing and Collections
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner and in accordance with contractual terms.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices by contacting clients and resolving billing inquiries or discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of collections and report delinquent accounts to management.
General Administrative Support
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence related to accounting functions.
Working Arrangement
- WFO : Mon-Fri
- Office located in Graha Takaful, Mampang, Jakarta Selatan.
