As a part of the Product team, we will help our Japanese startups in eSports, AI and Blockchain.

You will be assigned to one of projects and work as a Data Analyst for Mobile apps to achieve their business goal.

Scope of Work

  • Analyze user behaviors with data and visualize them by using BigQuery and GA4 in order to maximize sales of the app.
  • Assess and gather requirements to automate the following processes: data ingestion, data cleaning up, reports reconciliation and report generation – and turn these requirements into functional requirement specification.
  • Identify automation opportunity as part of solutioning to simplify and optimize business processes / data flows.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the department's business strategy and long-term vision, and its impact on company’s business models
  • Enhance the team's analytical capabilities by establishing norms and systems for effective market knowledge collection and documentation, ensuring excellence in business operations
  • Drive revenue and growth initiatives such as pricing optimization, marketing enhancements, and product growth, working closely with respective teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and others to identify key drivers for achieving business performance targets

Criteria

  • 5+ years of working experience of a Data Analyst or Business Analyst (Do not include any internship as a working experience)
  • Must have 1+ years of working experience as Senior in Traveloka, Tokopedia, Gojek, Bukalapak, Grab, Tiket.com, and Garena.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
  • Proficient in BI tools and query languages e.g. SQL, Tableau, Looker, Google Data studio, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud technology e.g. GCP
  • Basic understanding of programming logic to liaise with engineering counterparts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English proficiency is a must both written and verbally.
