Overview:

A boutique luxury villa in Bali is seeking a Bali-based social media agency to manage, grow and elevate its online presence. This role requires an experienced agency based in Bali, specialising in hospitality and luxury branding, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact social media strategies. Success in this role will result in additional accounts under the existing brand group.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram and TikTok that is aligned with the villa’s brand and target audience.
  • Content Creation & Conceptualisation: Organise regular content shoots with external stakeholders. Self-produce high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, reels) that showcases the villa's unique features, lifestyle, and luxury offerings.
  • Account Management: Handle day-to-day social media operations across platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Growth & Engagement: Drive follower growth, increase engagement and build a loyal community through organic strategies.
  • Influencer Collaborations: Work with existing partnerships team to identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand exposure and create authentic partnerships.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, provide monthly reports with insights, and adjust strategy based on results.

  • Requirements:

    • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success managing social media accounts for luxury villas, resorts or hospitality brands.
    • Creative Expertise: Strong ability to produce visually stunning and engaging content that highlights the villa’s appeal.
    • Analytical Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools to track growth, engagement, and ad performance.
    • Location: Bali-based agency required, with a deep understanding of the local market and luxury tourism.
