Role Description

This is a contract position for a Poverty Mitigation Fundraising Manager at the Better Together Indonesia Foundation. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing major donors, communication, philanthropy, charities, and annual giving. This is a hybrid and commission-based role, based in Lombok, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

1. Experience in managing major donors, communication, and philanthropy

2. Knowledge of charities and annual giving

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong organizational and project management abilities

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively

6. Experience in fundraising or the non-profit sector preferred

7. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
