Job Description
- Provide exceptional service through call, email, and chat channels
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure timely and efficient service
- Accurately record all transactions in the system
- Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare and submit daily performance reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Technical fields, or Communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in call center services.
- Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Reside in or near the Jakarta area.
- Basic proficiency in English.
