Job Description
- Identify potential business opportunities by acquiring merchants (Offline Retail FMCG) for SPaylater acceptance.
- Assist merchants for end to end acquiring process, from onboarding to the merchant activation.
- Managing and growing offline merchants through marketing initiatives and collaboration to promote SPaylater to drive revenue and profitability.
- Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders from the product, marketing, operations, legal, finance, tax, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously identify business opportunities to improve SPaylater products, focus on business-centric and customer-centric initiatives. Analyze existing and future challenges, improve customer and merchant experience to drive more volume.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field. Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa.
- 5 years of working experience in business development and partnership or related field is a plus (fintech, any retail, retail FMCG).
- Able to multitasking, prioritize, manage time efficiently, detail-oriented. strategic thinking and team player.
