Job Description
- Handle CS end-to-end process, including complaints and inquiries from sellers and buyers Platinum Shopee through calls, email, and Live Chat
- Manage and resolve customer-related issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights, and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service area
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, detail-oriented person, and good organizational skills
- Willing to work in shifts and has a big interest working in an e-commerce company
- Placement is in Solo for 3-6 months contract based
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
