Job Description

  • Register claims accurately in the system and maintain organized records.
  • Check and validate claim documents; request additional documents if needed.
  • Collect and validate payment documents; coordinate payment processing.
  • Create and send Letter of Discharge (LOD) to insured parties; then monitor their status.
  • Monitor and process information from emails and other communication media for each claim.
  • Conduct open file reviews to track and resolve outstanding claims.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in insurance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in claims handling or a related role is preferable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using multiple claims management system, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google suite.
