Job Description
- Monitor agent performance both in terms of quality and productivity (daily, weekly and monthly process)
- Responsible for agent development process, such as conducting performance coaching and mentoring, refreshment of new SOPs and counseling
- Record the attendance and performance of each agent
- Responsible for the asset distribution process (laptops, locker keys, etc.)
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving and able to manage multiple priorities
- Good product knowledge of Shopee products
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Has basic leadership skills
- Willing to work with shifting schedule
