Job Description

  • Monitor agent performance both in terms of quality and productivity (daily, weekly and monthly process)
  • Responsible for agent development process, such as conducting performance coaching and mentoring, refreshment of new SOPs and counseling
  • Record the attendance and performance of each agent
  • Responsible for the asset distribution process (laptops, locker keys, etc.)

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skill, problem solving and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good product knowledge of Shopee products
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Has basic leadership skills
