- Assisting in training sessions for merchants
- Managing and reviewing feature recaps and FAQs
- Developing strong relationships with key clients

- Providing training support to merchants
- Ensuring thorough review and management of features and FAQs
- Building and maintaining trust with key clients
- Proactively addressing client concerns and challenges
- Facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in management/business or related field
- Previous experience in management or similar role
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective leadership abilities
