Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field from a reputable university
• Proficiency in sales administration processes, tools, and best practices in the automotive sector
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in sales administration, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales administration activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Support sales team members with administrative tasks, including order processing, customer inquiries, and data management
• Maintain and update sales records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals
