About The Role
We are seeking experienced business development support with a strong focus on brokerage and insurance to join our dynamic team. As a BD Support you will be working with the brokerage and placements team and play a crucial role in handling aftersales.

About The Role

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the distribution of member cards for both new business and endorsements
- Endorsement and enrollment processing
- Claim payment guarantee letter handling
- Claim handling
- Manage insured requests for claim history
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably from Nursing / Public Health or any relevant major
- Having minimum 3 years experience in an operations/support role in an insurance brokerage/agency preferred
- Solid knowledge in Employee Benefit product and end-to-end process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Negotiation skill
- Mature & good interpersonal skill
