Role Purpose

Responsible for sales revenue generation, subscribers’ acquisition and retention in consumer market, community and other channel in his/her geographical area, as well as managing expense and territory management with the objective to enhance sales, market competitiveness, revenue growth, market share growth within the limits of Group's sales strategy.

Scope of Work

  • Strategic Planning

In Order To Ensure Division Operates On Budget And Help Contribute To Organizational Goals, Should Translate The Company And Group Vision, Mission And Strategy Into Divisional Work Plan By

  • Provide and clarify divisional objectives for the team
  • Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams
  • Manage division budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it
  • Sales & Management

In Order To Ensure Sales Activities Are Running Well And Generate Revenue To Achieve Target, Planning And Executing Sales Force For Consumer, Community, And Other Channel In Area

  • Planning and executing of market penetration and maintain within Area scope.
  • Provide and maintain technical support data and administrative of cellular product.
  • Coordinate to respective Technology Operations for the availability and quality network.
  • Coordinate to respective Finance Area for finance process in Area
  • Team Management

In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs:

  • Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals
  • Provide feedback to Group Head to work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan
  • External Relation

Serve as a company representative for external related functions, in order to build good network in the industry and keep up to date with new trends.

Requirements

  • Experiences in Sales & Marketing field minimum 6 years, with managerial experience in Telecom / FMCG / BFSI sector in Indonesia; SME experience is a plus
  • S-1 /Bachelor degree or higher in Business/Management Experience in management or regional organization in mobile communication industry
  • Proven track record and strong practice in the field of execution of promotions
  • Practice in Territory Based business development and monitoring in mobile communication industry
  • Proven track in managing sales team a monitoring, analysis, evaluation
  • Creativity and openness for innovation
  • Openness for Understanding consumer behavior and capability to detect tangible an latent demand for products and services that influence the acquisition, consumption, and use of goods, services and ideas by consumers (competitiveness).
  • Education product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet
  • Understand & implementation SIS & others sales application
  • Willing to be placed in Indosat Surabaya office and open to relocate as instructed by management
