- Market developing
- Training agent
- New recruitment agent

- Risk consultancy with client/agent
- Made Marketing reports for activity and result
- Sending renewal notice
- Maintain good service level to agent and client.
- Minimum bachelor degree in related major
- Domicile in Makassar
- Experience in insurance sales
- Excellent understanding of insurance products
- Good communication skill
- Can work under pressure and dealing with targets
