Responsibilities
- Primary customer touchpoint from before until after sales services (give recommendations, handle questions, handle return, etc).
- Maintain excellent online customer satisfaction (chat and review response, etc).
- Assist in handling sales from orders received, payment confirmation, delivery of goods to clients, to after sales service.
- Assist in sales activities such as bazaars, trade shows, or other sales activities.
- Assist in Social Media activity (interact with customers via social media, handle KOL/affiliate, handle livestream)
- Reporting and Coordination
- Currently in the final year of university or fresh graduates.
- Able commit to a paid internship for a duration of 6 months.
- Basic understanding of social media services is a plus.
- Passionate about creating compelling content.
- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
- Beauty and significantly perfume enthusiast.
