  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing talent acquisition, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager will lead training and development programs, performance management, and HR strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition, HR Policy Implementation, and Employee Relations skills
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
  • Training and Development, Performance Management, and HR Strategic Planning skills
  • 3-5 years or above HR experience, especially in recruiting, talent development and cuture function in retail or manufacturing industry
  • Open minded, outgoing, good communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle confidential information
  • Experience in conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
