  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Cost Estimator

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project documents such as designs, specifications, and work plans to understand project requirements
  • Preparing cost estimates including project budgets, labor, equipment, services required for the project and structural calculations information
  • Able to calculate project implementation cost budget plan (RAP)
  • Monitor the actual cost of the project and compare it with the initial estimate (Cost Control)
  • Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • More than 3 years experience as cost estimator
  • Project Estimation and Budgeting skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and data accurately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Cost Estimator at PT. Hasnur Cipta Karya (Hasnur Group) located in South Jakarta. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for tasks such as cost management, project estimation, budgeting, and cost control on a day-to-day basis
