We currently have an exciting opportunity for Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) team. You will work within a customer orientated and highly motivated team which focuses on providing solutions to a diverse client base for the New Building Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • CSE provide technical expertise to the sales team, understands customer need and ensures giving the best solutions based on the customer’s building specifications.
  • Provides technical trainings to Sales, Installation and Maintenance as per Front Line needs.
  • CSE takes into consideration all product and service costing and planning aspects when defining a solution e.g. corporate materials from the supply line, local materials from sourcing, costing of engineering, installation and impact on maintenance.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Preferable 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience in the elevator business
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong Analytical and Conceptual Thinking.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated to achieve target
  • Able to work in a team, Good communications skills, able to work under minimum supervisions
  • Excellent in communication and written in English is a must
  • Holistic understanding of different building types and customer segments
  • Excellent skills in understanding and translating customer needs (requirements) into technical specifications
