About The Role :

Are you passionate about e-commerce and online marketing? Join Youvit as an E-commerce Staff. In this role, you will start as an intern and work closely with our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in managing daily e-commerce operations, developing promotional strategies, and driving growth in key online accounts. This internship is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and build a solid foundation for a future career in e-commerce management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily E-commerce Operations Support:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and the Tiktok Shop

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for each SKU by coordinating with the supply chain and warehouse teams.

• Execute daily price checks and promotional adjustments to ensure competitive positioning.

• Assist in setting up and testing campaign promotions, discount vouchers, and flash deals on e-commerce platforms.

• Track customer orders daily to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any logistics or fulfillment issues.

2. Marketplace Campaign Coordination:

• Participate in planning and setting up campaigns for major sales events such as double dates and pay day

• Liaise with platform account managers to ensure all campaign mechanics, landing pages, and banners are correctly implemented.

• Create campaign content including product descriptions, banner copy, and visual briefs for designers.

• Coordinating with partners and distributors on setting up partnership collaboration bundles as promos

• Setting up purchase requests via the company ERP system

3. Digital Marketing & Content Coordination:

• Support the development of engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms to drive traffic and sales.

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and Q&A on e-commerce platforms to enhance engagement and trust.

Requirement :

• 1-2 years experience in E-commerce (Marketplace, enabler, agency) or a related field.

• Passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics is a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
