Job Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and overall management of the company's private label products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new products by conducting research to meet customer needs.
• Create new products based on insights gained from analyzing customer complaints.
• Implement innovations to enhance operations and the customer experience.
• Research and design packaging that aligns with the company's brand and budget.
• Set product pricing based on thorough market research.
• Prepare product samples for customer approval within specified timeframes.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure final products meet customer specifications and match approved samples.
• Educate the team on market trends, user insights, and competitive analysis relevant to eCommerce and supply chains.
• Analyze market strategies, risks, and financial accuracy to support business decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Private Label, ideally within e-commerce or retail.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with hands-on capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to execution.
