About the Role:

As a Social Media Assistant, you will be a key player in our social media team, supporting the development and execution of effective strategies across various platforms. This role offers a unique hybrid working model, allowing you to collaborate in our Canggu, Bali office while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work. We believe in the power of good communication, and fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the social media team to create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our clients' social media platforms.
• Assist in managing clients' social media accounts, including content posting.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and compile reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance our clients' social media strategies and brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is crucial for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Demonstrable experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and engagement.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in content scheduling and reporting.
