We are seeking Management Accountant based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :


  • Assisting in coordinating the planning and forecasting process
  • Developing and maintaining monthly reporting package specific for the sites/countries
  • Analysis of Asia’s OR, Sales, margin, site/service costs, under and over absorption
  • Analyse inventory and obsolescence
  • Calculate and monitor production burden and calculation of burden rate for service and production department
  • Communicating instructions and financial policies to Site management
  • Identify areas for improvement and continue to evaluate, develop and document processes
  • Provide BU and MA with financial updates/comments
  • Provide support in day-to-day finance questions.
  • Increase the finance acumen of Service Site/Workshop managers.
  • Responsible to align Operations Control service delivery to support Group’s strategy and long-term targets.
  • Ensure adherence to Group Financial accounting principles in production accounting.
  • Establish and maintain strong network of business counterparts from project execution.
  • Provide project controlling services.
  • Execute cost (aftermarket project) forecast together with contract manager.
  • Participate and facilitate regular contract performance reviews together with business stakeholders
  • Ensure proper handling and adequate accounting for financial items such as warranty, accruals, provisions
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Assist in internal and external audit


WHO YOU ARE:


  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
  • Proficiency in SAP accounting software and financial reporting tools, OneStream
  • Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or cost control is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with variance analysis.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in cost accounting and analyzing financial performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to convey financial insights to non-financial managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
