JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Coordinate with Visual Merchandisers to ensure booth and product displays are in line with standards.
- Create and update MODENA’s booth design standards.
- Execute and ensure in-store promotions/events (exhibitions/product launches) are carried out according to guidelines.
- Ensure booth displays and the use of promotional materials (POP/Flyers/etc.) comply with guidelines.
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional materials to provide input for marketing promotion strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (any major), preferably in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Communication Design.
- Minimum 7 years of experience and preferably has at least 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser Coordinator/Team Leader.
- Experience in the consumer goods or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Ms. Office and basic-level design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Sketchup.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds a valid driver's license (SIM).
