- Establishing or maintaining and expanding customer base

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Develop and implement a roadmap for digital sales
- Drive e-commerce sales performance
- Identify potential partnerships.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
- Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers
- Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff
- Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff
- Communicate actively with sales teams in each area to help foster a team environment
- Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights
- Interview and train new sales employee, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed
- More than 5 years of experience required in traditional and digital sales
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
- Knowledge of or experience with sales & distribution
- Knowledge of analyzing, brainstorming and solution design
- Well understanding of South Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua geographic and culture
- Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
- Experience with customer relationship and services
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization
- Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively
