- Develop and Execute KOL Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of a strategic KOL plan that aligns with brand goals and sales targets.
- Identify and Build Relationships: Research, identify, and engage with the right influencers, creators, and experts who can authentically represent Tentang Anak and amplify its reach.
- Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute KOL campaigns across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
- Sales Conversion: Work closely with brand and commercial teams to ensure KOL activities drive measurable sales and engagement results.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of KOL campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
- Negotiation and Collaboration: Negotiate contracts, terms, and collaborations with KOLs to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging influencers, and competitor activities to keep Tentang Anak at the forefront of influencer marketing.
- 5 years of proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably within the parenting, beauty retails, or FMCG industries.
- Strong network of influencers and a keen understanding of KOL dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends that drive engagement and sales.
