Job Description :

  • Evaluate, analyze and create policies and data banks on matters related to the GA Building function, GA Asset, GA Facility & Business Service, GA Strategic analyst database, regionalization in terms of SOPs, Policies, KPIs and company regulations.
  • Realizing a comfortable, safe workplace by meeting k3, Smart Building, Eco Buillding & QSHE standards for all Erajaya Group employees, and optimizing Erajaya Group building assets (Head Offices)
  • Systematization of supply management using digitalization method for the needs of GA Building, GA Asset, GA Facility & Business Service, GA Strategic analyst adjusted to the growing trend and can be implemented for the needs of Erajaya Group.
  • Implementing Opex & Capex optimally, effectively and efficiently
  • Monitoring reports on activities carried out by the GA team periodically (weekly, monthly, annually) by RDA System, SAP System, AMS System, KPI and Action Plan on schedule, on target.
  • Conduct GA Team development process and assessment of performance appraisal, internal and external training.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in General Affairs matters (esp. in asset management, building, facility, services, etc), with min 5 years experiences as GA Manager
  • Good in English both verbal and written.
  • Strong Leadership skills, wide networking, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Having good knowledge and experience in safety and security.
  • Experience to manage big team (30+ for internal team only, exclude outsource team)
