Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asset Management Specialist at Mineski Indonesia located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with opportunities for remote work. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks related to managing assets, making investments, analyzing financial data, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

• Managing a warehouse, moving goods and/or assets
• Able to track hundreds of item movement, loans, and maintenance, also in and out of the warehouse to support the event.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset value and lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets, including tracking and monitoring asset conditions and usage.
• Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to ensure proper acquisition, allocation, and disposal of assets.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze asset data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports on asset performance, utilization, and recommendations for asset optimization.
• Manage the disposal and replacement of obsolete or underperforming assets by company policies.

Qualifications

• Comfortable managing assets and good attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and financial principles.
• Proficient in asset management software and tools. (vemaFATS)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to asset management.
• Knowledge of the esports industry is a plus
