If you are someone with:
- Bachelor Degree or above from Information Technology or related major
- Min. 2 years working of experience related IT Support
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, good problem solving, good analytical and logical thinking
- Advanced skill in software and hardware maintenance for laptops, desktops and other IT devices
- Have a knowledge of current technology
- General understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies, including networks, databases, business applications, and development methodology
And you are ready to be:
- Responsible for the installation of PC operating system, software and configuration (computer name, IP distribution, installation of basic office software), virus prevention and inspection.
- Responsible for the analysis, detection and repair of all kinds of PC software and hardware faults, as well as the installation and debugging of various office equipment, fault analysis, detection, processing and repair.
- Provide training on the use of computers and office equipment.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of meeting rooms, desktop operation and maintenance, and spare computer management.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of network equipment (switches, IP telephone voice system, wireless AP, network printer, firewall, access control system, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of network equipment.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining the abnormal problems of business systems in various departments of the factory in Indonesia, including BPM, ERP, WMS, MES, Vchat, PS, attendance and other system anomalies.
- Responsible for promoting the construction, use and maintenance of IT-related systems, and assisting demand analysts to provide technical support.
- Responsible for the installation and configuration of network equipment (switches, IP telephone voice system, wireless AP, network printer, firewall, access control system, etc.) to ensure the normal operation of network equipment.
- Responsible for the support and promotion of Indonesian office network security access.
