  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What You Will Do

We are currently looking for a Legal Compliance Associate. Please refer to the points below for a better understanding of this role.

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect the company, ensuring that policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance and legal topics, ensuring a clear understanding of regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in internal audits and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Support investigations into compliance issues, including potential legal violations, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities, risks, and issues to senior management and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal compliance, corporate law, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with education technology regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
