About Our Client

Our client, an established property developer in Indonesia, is seeking a Talent Development Supervisor position based in Jakarta. The requirements for the position are as follows:

As the Talent Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management and talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop a highly skilled workforce. You will work closely with HR teams to identify and address performance gaps, develop talent pipelines, and facilitate professional development initiatives. This role plays a critical part in aligning the workforce with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and analyze people mapping data to generate summaries on people readiness as needed.
• Conduct internal/external analysis using appropriate tools.
• Develop Individual Development Programs (IDP).
• Oversee the implementation of Career Development initiatives.
• Implement all policies, instructions, tasks, and directives from leadership as assigned later.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Psychology
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Career Analyst
• Skills/Expertise:
• Knowledge of Employee Career Development
• Understanding of Individual Development Programs (IDP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
