We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Tangerang / Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  1. Ideate, create, and share engaging visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok for AITIMEDIA's clients'
  2. Manage AITIMEDIA's clients' social media strategy
  3. Alongside account coordinator, manage content production and placement for all social media channels, including Facebook, IG, TikTok, Linkedin
  4. Provide monthly reports and review performance based on results
  5. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations
  6. Create social media campaign and content; from observing trends and references, brainstorming, and planning to execution (including schedule and post)

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Design, Digital Media or Marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, content or campaign planning. But fresh graduate is welcome
  3. Proven experience in project management, content creation, and relationship management
  4. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  7. Have a keen awareness of social media trends and challenges to innovate and reach new audiences
  8. Fluent in English communication in both written and spoken is plus point
