Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Manage and review budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the management team to align financial goals with operational strategies.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial planning and liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Provide accounting and financial support to other entities within the group as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in the boutique or luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
  • Willingness to be based in Bali.
