- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new products and trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, creating plans to achieve sales targets.
- Optimize the supply chain through product procurement, inventory management, and distribution control.
- Design effective product placement and merchandising strategies for stores and implement promotional activities.
- Analyze product performance and propose improvement measures based on sales data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the headquarters and other international offices to promote product deployment aligned with global strategies.
- Select and plan the product lineup for new store openings.
- Plan, implement, and analyze campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate and build relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage and develop the team, providing training and education to enhance staff performance.

Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent in English
- Min. 3 years experience in trading/retail in Food industry as merchandiser manager or related position
- Having knowledge or having good connection with the supply chain of Food business/industry in Indonesia (from material to end product)
