Digital Marketing Supervisor

Work Arrangement: On Site, WFO

Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Description:

1. Research, develop, and execute lead generation and branding campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
2. Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
3. Conceptualize and create engaging content that builds a community and elevates our brand.
4. Proactively test new ideas and messaging to find the "secret recipe" and strategy for effective communication with our audience.
5. Set up tracking to monitor the performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and websites.
6. Collaborate with other divisions/teams to boost lead performance.
7. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
2. Willing to work from Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
3. Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
4. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media platforms.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Knowledge of YouTube Studio and experience managing a team are a plus.
