Pt. Natari Pratama is founded on 2007. As a Outsourcing, Offshoring and Headhunter company we provide many service for our client solutions such as Cleaning Service, Security, Admin, Etc. Currently we're opening a Vacancy for our client, and if you pass through the first screening, you will interviewed using English language.

Position: Receptionist Admin

Job Descriptions:

  • Replies emails/text messages from clients for all Teams
  • Manage and following up incoming calls and emails,
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, saving tax info, and document preparation..
  • Support the office by coordinating meetings and events as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Background in administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, admin or in a similar role (Preferred).
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, FuseSign).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (Professional).
  • Previous experience at finance consultant Industry (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with Australian business practices (Preferred).
