About Us

Duitku.com (an Aspire company) is an online payment solutions provider. We offer online payment coverage for users in Indonesia with credit and debit cards, mobile payments, e-wallets, bank transfer, prepaid cards, vouchers and many others.

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Support to join our team.

The responsibilities covering:

  • Troubleshooting, identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during payment processing, such as transaction failures or software glitches.
  • User support, providing assistance to merchant who encounter problems with payment processing, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain SDK, CMS plugin include create or update.
  • Security, ensuring proper & secure merchant integration of payment gateway.
  • Documentation, maintaining accurate records of reported issues, API services & postman collection.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams, software developers, and third-party vendors to enhance payment processing capabilities.
  • Emergency Response, being available for on-call support from merchant.
  • Providing guidance to merchant on how to use payment processing systems effectively and securely.
  • Actively participating in the ongoing improvement of payment processing systems, suggesting enhancements and enhance user experience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate S1 in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors.
  • Experienced for 1 years in a similar field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Able to speak English, both oral and written.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Have a desire to learn new things.
  • Ability to work independently or with a group.
  • Have a strong and good attitude.
  • Can work shifts/nights.

Preferred Qualification

  • Knowledgeable & understanding PHP, JavaScript Language.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL Language.
  • Understanding API Integration and Technologies.
  • Knowledgeable of Collaboration Tools and Technologies, such as GIT and Subversion.
  • Having experienced in Messaging Technologies is a plus.
  • Understanding C# Language is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication to provide clear and concise support to Technical Stakeholders.
