Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) using Excel and Power BI.
- Collect, organize, and ensure the accuracy of data from various departments.
- Create dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
- Maintain internal databases and reporting systems.
- Provide administrative support including document management and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in admin reporting or data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for presenting data and insights.
- Experience in contact center services is an advantage.
