Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) using Excel and Power BI.
  • Collect, organize, and ensure the accuracy of data from various departments.
  • Create dashboards and visual reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Maintain internal databases and reporting systems.
  • Provide administrative support including document management and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in admin reporting or data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for presenting data and insights.
  • Experience in contact center services is an advantage.
