  • Collecting BAST (Handover Report) or ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) documents from technicians based on the current projects.
  • Processing and summarize data using Pivot in Microsoft Excel to present information efficiently and effectively.
  • Actively coordinating with the Admin Service Point, SP Coordinator, and Project Manager to ensure smooth information and project documentation flow.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a SMK Degree in any field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience, particularly in administration or project support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in using standard formula (SUM, MIN, Vlookup, Xlookup).
  • Good communication skills, able to interact effectively both verbally and in writing.
