We are currently looking for Sales Engineer. In this role, you will be required to:
- Research and listen to the needs and demand of the industry and then come up with suitable impactful classes and courses.
- Acquire prominent, credible expert to join in our mission of developing our customer experience.
- Strategize sales & marketing plan alongside with sales & marketing team to reach company target.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the company's offerings can address the customer's specific challenges
- Work with customers to design custom solutions that align with their requirements, often through a combination of products and services
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals, quotes, and technical documentation to clients.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Keep track of competitors' offerings and help position the company's products as superior solutions.
- Strategize sales & marketing plan alongside with sales & marketing team to reach company target.
- Work closely with Upper Level to manage target and achievement.
Requirements :
- Several years of experience in sales, including a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the education technology or digital product’s industry.
- Deep understanding of the education technology industry, its trends, and the competitive landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in many proper sales techniques & strategies, including consultative selling, solution selling, and account-based marketing, to balancing the client behaviour.
- Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including CRM software, is essential.
- Passionate about education.

- Have a close relationship with practitioner in related category
- Experience in sales in digital product industry.
