Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates.

You will gain insights into HR best practices, and work closely with our Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and attending recruitment events.
  • Help in maintaining candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment materials and job postings.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.) is a plus.
