Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at PT SAVANNA LANDS TRADING. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, buyers and ensuring smooth execution of import and export activities. They will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and maximizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Logistics Management, Supply Chain, and Operations Planning skills
  • Vendor and Supplier Management experience
  • Buyers Management and Relationship
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills especially regarding the Trading and Commodity Market
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Knowledge of Import and Export regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills, with a strong and professional English-Speaking ability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
