Join Our Team as QHSE Department Head

Job Description:

• In charge of leading and coordinating all levels under him to implement all the programs that have been set.

• Ensure that the K3L work program is carried out by all levels below it

• Evaluate the performance of all levels under it and take corrective actions and improvements

• Monitoring the performance of Partners related to K3L

• Updating and evaluating continuously safety performance

• Controlling outstanding findings from safety and/or cross-functional teams and/or customers related to K3L

• Conduct incident investigations in the event of work accidents and make LPI reports and ensure LPI recommendations have been implemented according to the time set by the company and/or customer

• Coordinate with all departments for follow-up / fulfillment of internal and external audit results

• Mapping / measuring training needs related to K3L and / or needs from the internal department he leads

Requirements:

• Experience with QHSE Management Systems (ISO 45001).

• Skilled in hazard identification and control.

• Experience in HSE auditing.

• Knowledge of marine safety regulations (ISM and ISPS Codes).

• Ability to manage emergency response plans.

• Understanding of occupational health practices.

• Willing to be placed at Berau – East Kalimantan
