Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and fostering communication to drive business growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology/System Information and/or Business Administration/Marketing
  • At least 3 years experience in sales/marketing/business development/account executive role (IT industry is preferred)
  • Familiar with sales and presales process, including all tasks related
  • Having knowledge and familiarity in sales process (end-to-end)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and have relationship-building skills to customer
  • Fast learner and open for new challenges
  • Willing to work on site (hybrid) in Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Able to create solution proposal that fits customer's requirements
  • Able to create a plan and/or strategy for sales growth (inc. reporting to lead)
  • Have knowledge and able to do end-to-end presales process (from pre-assessment, budgeting, dealing)
  • Able to explain well about the products/services specifications to consumers and/or clients
  • Provide quotation documents and other related support documents with PO/PKS
  • Provide and maintain good communication to new clients and existing clients (inc. consultation)
