Role:

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, with a special emphasis on enhancing our employer branding initiatives. This role will collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to promote Lippo as employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Create engaging content for various platforms (social media, career websites, job fairs) to showcase company culture and values.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.

- Work with HR and leadership to align recruitment strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with a focus on employer branding. Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.

- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
