  1. Cloud Solution Architect

Responsibilities

- Partner with regional Sales Teams to qualify leads, identify client's pain points, and create technical solutions that eventually deliver business results to clients

- Externally, call upon technical expertise and business acumen to lead the enterprise client engagement (C-level to working level) lifecycle end-to-end, from pre-sales solutioning to delivering project implementation. Activities include demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture design workshops & POC delivery.

- Internally, act as trusted advisor collaborating with multiple product teams and articulate clear feature requests to shape product roadmap in both short and long-term. Provide Thought Leadership, Industry Knowledge, and deep understanding across multiple cloud and ML products.

- Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell together with Account Executives.

Qualifications

- Engineering Bachelor degree and above

- At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in the role of solution architect or pre-sales solution engineering

- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills by explaining relevant past projects in the technical interview rounds

- Product experience in Public Cloud, Edge Network (CDN), Security (WAF,DDoS), Video Streaming or ML applications - Experience working with large enterprise clients in verticals like Retail, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, etc

- Basic to advanced developer skills is a plus

- Excellent communication skills in English.

2. Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Responsibilities

- Proactive Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations. In addition, identify and recommend solutions to address customers' evolving needs and challenges.

- Technical Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, best practices, and optimization strategies. Assist customers in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments. Also conduct regular workshops and trainings, technical reviews and health checks to ensure optimal performance.

- Project Management & Ownership: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute migration, deployment, and expansion projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Take ownership of the projects for on-time delivery.

- Thought leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud and AI/ML technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the development of best practices, industry insight articles, and technical documentation

Qualifications

- Minimum years of proven experience in the role of Technical Account Manager or Cloud Solution Architect, with strong knowledge of cloud IaaS and PaaS products from one of the major cloud providers

- Product-wise, have deep understanding (preferably level 300 or above) in cloud products

- Industry-wise, preferably have worked with DNBs, ISVs and SIs in verticals like E-commerce, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, Education, etc

- Comfortable with fast-paced and ambiguous "startup" environment

- Team player and able to foster positive team morale, to set goals and drive for successful fulfilment
