Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day technical aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Systems, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of technical project management in the financial industry
- 3+ years designing and architecting loan systems
- Strong programming skills and understanding of SDLC
- Expertise in project scope, timeline, and resource management
- Knowledge of data management and application data layers
- In-depth understanding of loan-related business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership with experience managing teams of 5+
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical teams
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
- PMP or other project management certification preferred; Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to mentor team members
