Qualification
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Accounting or Management Finance
- Fluently in English proficiency is must
- Experienced Analyze/create/compile COGM ( Cost of Goods Manufacturing) and COGS ( Cost of Goods Sold)
- Can join immediately and willing to work on Mon-Sat at Haji Nawi South Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Journal all the account payable transaction
- Journal all the memorial journal (example :amortization,depreciation,COGS,etc)
- Bank reconciliation
- Matching payment (example :tokopedia,xendit,bike advance)
- Reconciliation AR to customer & especially GCT with Evmoto
- Reconciliation inventory
- Review financial report & making adjustment journal for the mistake
- Support data for internal/external audit
- Print and fileing for memorial journal and adjustment journal
- Setting a flow in Xero related to accounting system/journal
- Calculation income tax/PPH 23,4(2),29(if any)
- Making billing ID to pay income tax/PPH 21,23,4(2) ->maximum date at 10 every next month
- Report to government for income tax/PPH 21,23,4(2) ->maximum date at 20 every next month
- Equalization between expense with income tax/PPH 21,23,4(2)
- Making fiscal report(PPH 29) and submit to the government ->maximum date at 30 April evey year
- Support data for tax audit
