We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the study abroad or related industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering students to achieve their academic and career goals through international education.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through various channels including but not limited to networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with prospective students to understand their educational aspirations, preferences, and constraints.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our study abroad programs, including academic offerings, admission requirements, visa processes, and financial considerations.
  • Guide students through the application process, assisting with document preparation, application submission, and interview scheduling as necessary.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
  • Handle enrollment & student's data administration including application, visa and departure.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) preferred.
  • Communicate well in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the study abroad industry or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional student experiences.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages and familiarity with international education systems is a plus.
