Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee reception responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting guests, and organizing meeting spaces.
  • Handle visitor-related duties, such as system registration and meal arrangements (lunch, dinner, etc.).
  • Prepare expatriate formalities to meet business requirements, such as working permit, visa, and other supporting documents.
  • Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies
  • Provide travel support to all Cladtek employees, including assisting the Group Management/Executive Committee (Executive Director, Directors, CEO) with ferry bookings, hotel reservations, and cash.
  • Manage the effectiveness of car arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 1 years of experience as a General Affairs.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, labor regulations, and global mobility best practices.
  • Fluent in written and spoken business English communication.
  • Willing to be placed in Batam.
