Job Description
- Manage and control team, including team management, supervision, education, and support
- Acting as the role model and mentor to fellow teammates
- Assist all team members in troubleshooting any issues, solving the problem, as well as identifying any room for improvement to gain better results in team performance
- Prepare and calculate Indonesian individual tax returns accurately and with compliance.
- Possess a deep understanding of PPH 24 and PPH 21/26 regulations.
- Handle Benefit in Kind (Natura) and personal income worldwide calculations.
- Stay updated on and research Indonesian tax laws to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice.
- Understand and implement tax treaty provisions effectively.
- Familiarity with EFIN and Tax ID registration processes.
- Timely and accurate Tax reporting.
- Ensure all tax queries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep up to date with legislative tax changes.
- Responsible for reliable service and being a mediator if there is a demand for tax audit service.
- Provide technical assistance to expand the tax base, increase compliance, and enhance revenue generation through streamlined business processes and upgraded fiscal control capacity
- Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise
- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns
Requirements
- Hold Brevet A & B
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Required education from Accounting/Tax specialization
- Excellent English skills in verbal and written
- Creative and pro-active
- Good Attitude, Responsible and independent
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and all types of tax returns
- Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills
- Analytical skills with detail orientation
